Head office service terms and conditions

 

1.0

General

 

 

The Company provides the head office service and an Office Manager with the full authority of the client to make decisions on the clients behalf and to act as agent on the clients behalf without consultation with the client.

 

 

1.1

The two hours minimum work per week must include the full book keeping service, credit control and bank account administration.

 

 

1.2

The initial telephone answering service provided is the low usage band. Upgrade to a higher call allowance band can be arranged at the additional band cost.

 

 

1.3

The mailbox service is a component of the head office service and is not offered as a separate service.

 

 

1.4

The head office service is a complete back office set up for the clients business and the client must use the services available from Office Managers if and when they become a requirement of the clients business. The client cannot choose to use some of the services from Office Managers whilst outsourcing other service requirements to another company/companies.

 

 

1.5

The service will be invoiced to the clients account at the end of each month and payment is required 14 days from date of invoice strict and interest will be charged on all outstanding amounts due after this term (currently 8% above bank rate).
