A full secretarial service for your business can be obtained through your officemanager.
It can either be supplied on a standard hourly rate basis or prices per individual item produced.
Your officemanager will professionally word your letters and produce reports on a large selection of papers, colours and weights that are available, together with black laser printing, colour inkjet printing on various media up to A3 size, which will enhance your business image.
A full range of business, personal and educational documents can be produced including slides and OHP’s, please call your officemanager for prices.

Other individually priced work includes:
Reports, Quotations, Theses etc. (printed in black), include A4 sheets of 90 gsm white, title and backing card 160 gsm, two clear plastic covers, plastic spine, one 100 gsm A4 white envelope and one photocopy.
Letters (printed in black) include A4 100 gsm white laid or wove note paper, 120 gsm DL white envelope, 1st class stamp, one photocopy and posting if required. We can also process directly onto your company’s headed notepaper.

The typing service only available to existing clients
Typing and audio typing are available at the standard hourly rate only.

Audio word processing is available at the standard hourly rate only.

The personal assistance (PA) service only available to existing clients
The personal assistant service (which includes diary
and travel/accommodation management etc) is available at the standard hourly
