Ansaphone set up outside your office hours
Charges are based on four usage levels, which cover a
set number of calls per month. All additional calls over your usage allowance
incur an additional cost.
The
service operates from 0900 to 1730 hours, Monday to Friday.
The service is for a two month (60 day) term
initially, and thereafter can be cancelled or continued on a one term (30 day)
basis.
Payment is required in advance, and in with the
initial first payment an additional amount will be required to cover any extra
calls or referral charges. Any unused balance will be refunded at the
termination of the service.
Call Report is a service which makes note of all
incoming calls to your phone, listing message number, date call received, time
call received, who called and their telephone number if given. This information
is sent to you by post at the end of each month.
We can refer your call messages to you by telephone,
pager, fax, e-mail, or by SMS to your mobile (call for details).
You can also collect your messages free by calling
our main office number any time between 0830 and 1830 Monday to Friday.
Message referral charges are for United Kingdom
destinations only. For international message referral charges please ask.
The ansaphone will be set up for you on your
dedicated line.
Your allocated officemanager is available on their mobile
telephone number for you to contact and discuss your business requirements
outside office hours seven days a week.
